My Alturas house fell out of escrow. That's a nice way to say I'm back to square one. I guess the folks couldn't get a loan in this economy. So -- I guess I'll rent out my house while it remains on the market. The rent will mostly cover the mortgage and allow me a little more expendable income while I wait for the market to improve. Maybe I'll keep my Alturas house, I love it so.
