This is the duplex where I am staying. I'm in the left side. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. There is a coin operated washer and drier in the basement. The place has a carport and a TV, DVD player, microwave, frig, electric range. It is a good place to be for now.
I received an offer on my Alturas house! It is a 60 day escrow. I am hoping to have a house to close on here right after that one closes there. Thanks to everyone who is praying for me!
